House Rules, Terms & Conditions
Occupancy:
· Maximum Occupancy at The White Gable Cottage is six (6) people.
Making a Reservation:
· It is not our responsibility for mistakes in the booking information supplied by guests; we only provide accommodations based on booking information received.
· We will accept bookings from persons over the age of 24 years. This person will assume liability and be deemed responsible for their party and all members therein.
· The booking is valid only for those named at the time of the booking and may not be transferred or re-sold.
· The White Gable Cottage may require three (3) night minimum stays or more on particular weekends and holidays.
Cancellation Policy:
· The White Gable Cottage operates under a strict cancellation policy.
· Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
· All cancellations/reschedules must be received via phone or email by The White Gable Cottage at 740-501-0454 or lauren@thevillagepartners.com. For a cancellation to be confirmed you must receive an email from The White Gable Cottage confirming your cancellation or a return phone call.
Check in – Check out Time:
· Check-in: Check-in time is 4 PM. Earlier check in may be available. Please inquire if needed.
· Check out time is 10:00am. This is to allow time for cleaning staff to prepare the house for the next occupants.
· Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any room at The White Gable Cottage. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Breakages, Damages, and/or Theft:
· Breakage, damages, and/or theft of The White Gable Cottage properties are subject to charges for repair or replacement at our discretion.
· Charges will be made to the organizer of the booking.
· There are no cameras inside the home. There are cameras on the exterior of the house for security purposes.
No parties/gatherings.

Pets:
No pets are allowed in the facilities.

Housekeeping:
Ample clean linens are provided.
Housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay.
We take pride in keeping our facilities to the highest standards. Please let us know if there is ever an issue.
Costs Recovery:
Costs incurred in the recovery of monies due will be added to the amount owed. These costs will include all legal fees, debt collection fees, small claims fees, sundry disbursements, late payment surcharge and any other amounts spent in the recovery of the debt.
Access:
We reserve the right to enter The White Gable Cottage during your stay for the purposes of maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping and inspection.

Please put all trash in outside rolling trash can and move can to the street for pick up.
Please start dishwasher if you have dirty dishes.
